Given (3,4),(4,7),(5,10),(6,13),(7,16)

We know that x values is domain and y values is range .

Domain is 3,4,5,6,7.

Range is 4,7,10,13,16.

Relation a relation is simply set of order of pairs.

Function a function is set of orderd pairs in which each x elements has only one, y eliment associated with it.

 it is a function.

A  function  is a special type of relation in which each element of the domain is paired with exactly one element of the range.

The relation is  a function because the each element of the domain is paired with exactly one element of the range.
