ABCD is a rectangle,AB,BC.CD,DC are sides and AC,BD are diagonals.

Adjacent sides of rectangle is 7cm and 24cm

Width of the rectangle is AB = 7cm

length of rectangle BC = 24cm.

In a rectangle diagonals have same length and each diagonal forms rightangle triangle with their adjacent sides.

In this rectangle ABC is right angle triangle.

From the pythagoren theorem AB^2+BC^2 = AC^2

7^2+24^2 = AC^2

49+576 = AC^2

625 = AC^2

AC = 25

Digonal length of rectangle is 25cm.
