3x-2y = 7 ---------> (1)

4y = 6x+14

-6x+4y = 14 -----------> (2)

Multiple to each side to equation (1) by 2.

6x-4y = 14 ---------------> (3)

Observe the equations (2), (3) they are parallel.

parallal lines does not intersect, So system has no solution.
