If the Sum of Squared deviation scores (SS) = 100 and there are 25 people in the sample then the Standard Deviation (SD) is:

formula of standard deviation SD = √(SS/(N-1))

Given here SS = 100, N = 25

SD = √(100/(25-1))

SD = √(100/24)

SD = √4.16

SD = 2.04

Standard deviation is 2.04.
