Radious of the first circle = 6cm

Area of first circle = pi*6*6 = pi*36

Radious of the second circle = 12cm

Area of second circle = pi*12*12 = pi*144

Ratio between larger area to the smaller area = pi*144/pi*36

= 4/1 = 4:1
