The system of equations are image.

To write the augmented matrix, place

the coefficients of x - terms of equations are listed in first column,

the coefficients of y - terms of equations are listed in second column,

the coefficients of z - terms of equations are listed in third column and

the constant terms of equations are listed in fourth column.

The coefficients and constant terms are usually separated by dotted line.
