The Function is y = 3 sin(3x - π)

This Equation is in the form of y = Asin(Bx-c)+d

Where A is the Amplitude, B is the Strtch along x-axis, D is the Vertical shift.

1)

The Amplitude of the Function is A = 3

2)

The period of a sine function is given by image.

In the given function B is 2.

So, the period is image.

3)

Phase shift of a function is given by image.

In the given function c is π.

Phase Shift is image.

Therefore Amplitude is 3, Period is (2π/3) and Phase Shift is π/3.
