Given the verticals X (44,48), Y (81,16), Z (69,91)

The centroid of X (x1, y1) , Y ( x2, y2) and Z( (x3, y3) =  (x1+y1+z1)/3 , (x2, y2, z2)/3 )

Centroid = ( (44+81+69)/3, (48+16+91)/3)

=( (44+81+69)/3, (48+16+91)/3)

= ( 194/3, 155/3)

The centroid is = ( 194/3, 155/3)
