In a triangle AC = 7cm = b

AB = c = 8cm

Height of the triangle is b.

Area of triangle = 1/2*base*height

16.8 = 1/2*a*7

16.8 = 3.5a

Divide to each side by  3.5

16.8/3.5 = 3.5a/3.5

4.8 = a

BC = 4.8

Perimeter of triangle = AB+BC+CA

= 8+4.8 +7

= 19.8

Perimeter of triangle = 19.8cm
