How do I simpilfy these rational expressions?

x^ + 5x + 6 / x^2 / x^2 - 3x - 10 / x^2

4x^2 / (1 + 2)^2 * x^2 - 5x - 6 / x

I am confused how you got (x + 3)(x + 2) / ( x - 5)(x + 2)... where did the (x + 2) come from??

Follow the steps:

Factorize both the numerator and the denominator.

Take out  image as a common factor from the numerator and image as a common factor from the denominator.
