Given slope(m)  =  - 3

And y-intercept (0 , -5) that is c = - 5

The slope intercept form of a line equation is y = mx + c ------------> (1)

Substitute m = -3 and c = -5 in Eq (1)

y  =  -3x - 5

Answer :

The line equation is y  =  -3x - 5.
