The given points(h, 4h) and (3h, 2h).

Formula:m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Substitute:x1=h,x2=3h,y1=4h and y2=2h

m=(2h-4h)/(3h-h)

    =-2h/2h

    =-1
