height / width = 1/1.9

width of flag = 9.5 ft

substitute the known values

height / 9.5 = 1/1.9

multiply each side by 9.5

height / 9.5 * 9.5 = 1/1.9 * 9.5

height / 9.5 * 9.5 = 5

flag height is 5 feet.
