Simple mathematics....plz help?

how to solve this for r??

0.475 = 1-((1/r^0.4))

i don't know how to get value of r....plz explain in steps

0.475 = 1-((1/r^0.4))

((1/r^0.4))=1-0.475

                =0.525

r^0.4=1/0.525

         =1.905

r=(1.905)^(1/04)

r  =5
