To solve -6x + 4 = -20, what steps would you perform?

how would you sove this equation

Given equation -6x+4 = -20

Subtract 4 from each side.

-6x+4-4 = -20-4

-6x = -24

Divide to each side by negitive 6.

-6x/-6 = -24/-6

x = 4

Solution x = 4.
