Perimeter of a rectangle 2(l + b) = 400.

l/b = 7/2

l = 7b/2.

Perimeter = 2((7b/2) + b) = 400.

(7b/2) + b) = 200

(7b + 2b)/2 = 200

9b = 400

b = 400/9.

If b = 400/9, then l = (7 * 400) / (2 * 9) = 1400/9.

Area of the rectangle (A) = l * b = (1400/9) * (400/9) = 5600/81 = 6913.53square meters.
