The equation is (3x-2)(x-1) - (2x+5)(5x+6).

Apply distributive property: a (b - c) = ab - ac.

(3x2-2x-3x+2) - (2x+5)(5x+6) = 0

Apply distributive property: a (b + c) = ab + ac.

(3x2-2x-3x+2) - (10x2 +25x+12x+30) = 0

(3x2-5x+2) - (10x2 +37x+30) = 0

3x2-5x+2 - 10x2 - 37x -30 = 0

- 7x2 - 42x -28 = 0

Divide each side by negative 7.

x2 + 6x + 4 = 0

Apply quadratic formula:x = (-b ± √b2 -4ac)/2a.

x = [-6 ± √62 -4(1)(4)]/2(1)

x = [-6 ± √36 -16]/2

x = [-6 ± √20]/2

x = [-6 ± 2√5]/2

x = -3 ± √5

The solutions are x = -3 ± √5.
