Rectangle length  = 4x + 5 units

Rectangle area = length(width)

= 4x ^3 - 19x ^2 - 54x - 30 squre units.

4x ^3 - 19x ^2 - 54x - 30 = 4x + 5(width)

Width = (4x ^3 - 19x ^2 - 54x - 30) / (4x + 5)

4x + 5 ) 4x ^3 - 19x ^2 - 54x - 30 ( x ^2 - 6x - 6

           4x ^3 + 5x ^2
