how do you find the surface area of a rectangular prism.

how do you find the surface area of a rectangular prism thats length is 6ft. and width is 4ft, and height of one side is 5ft.

Surface area of rectangular prism is 2(lb +bh + lh)

l = 6ft , b = 4ft , h = 5ft.

= 2[6(4) + 4(5) + 6(5)]

= 2[24 + 20 + 30]

= 2(74)

= 148

Surface area  of given rectangular prism is 148ft^2.
