write line eqution 4, -2, m = 2. i know the answer y = 2x -10. please show steps!!!

The line equation in slope-intercept form is , where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

Find the y-intercept value by replacing m with 2, y with –2 and x with 4 in the equation .

   

 

Replace m with 2 and b with –10 in the equation .
