7 - 8x ≤ 3 - 5x

Add '8x' to each side.

7 ≤ 3 + 3x

Subtract 3 from each side.

4 ≤ 3x

Divide each side by 3.

4/3 ≤ x

Therefore x ≥ 4/3.

Graph the solution set on a number line.
