56s -19s -15 = 0

Now factorise the equation.

56s - 40s + 21s - 15 = 0

8s (7s - 5) + 3(7s - 5) = 0

(7s - 5)(8s + 3) = 0

Apply zero product property.

7s - 5 = 0 and 8s + 3 = 0

7 = 5 and 8s  = -3

s  = 5/7 and = -3/8

Solutions s = 5/7 and -3/8.
