1) Observe the triangle diagram

Triangle DEF is right angle traingle.

DF = 3 units , DE = 3 units,

From the pythagorean theorem

EF = √(DF^2+DE^2) = √(9+9) = √18 = 4.24

Perimeter of of DEF triangle = DE + DF + EF = 3 + 3 + 4.24 = 10.24

Perimeter of triangle = 10.2units.

2) Trepezium JKLM

Observe the diagram the vertices of trepizium are

Now find the each side length with distance formula between two points.

Perimeter of the trepizium = KM + LJ + ML + JK

 = 2(3.16) + 8

 = 6.32 + 8

 = 14.32

Perimeter of trepizium = 14.3 units.
