The equation (x + 3)2 + (y - 1)2 = 16

(x + 3)2 + (y - 1)2 = 42

[x - (-3)]2 + (y - 1)2 = 42

Compare it to standard form of circle (x - h)2 + (y - k)2 = r2

Where (h,k) is center and r is radius of circle.

Center is (-3, 1) and radius is 4.
