Given equation (x-5)^2+(y+7)^2 = 9/4

(x-5)^2+(y-(-7))^2 = (3/2)^2

Compare it to circle standerd form (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2 = r^2

Here (h,k) is center and r is radius.

Coordinates of center is (5,-7)

radius is 3/2.
