Given equation ( x  + 2 )^2 + ( y  + 2 )^2 = 25

( x - (-2) )^2 + ( y - (-2 )^2 = 25

Compare it to circle equation (x - h )^2 + (y - k )^2 = r ^2

Center of the the crcle ( h , k ) = ( -2 , -2 )

r ^2 = 25

Apply squre root on each side.

r  =  5

Center = ( -2 , -2 )

Radius = 5.
