Given equation ( + 5 )^2 + ( - 6 )^2 = 35

( x - (-5) )^2 + ( y - 6 )^2 = 35

Compare it to circle equation (x - h )^2 + (y - k )^2 = r ^2

Center of the the crcle ( h , k ) = ( -5 , 6 )

r ^2 = 35

Apply squre root on each side.

r  =  5.91

Center = ( -5 , 6 )

Radius = 5.9.
