Center of circle ( h , k ) = ( -3 , 1 )

Radius of circle (r ) = 5

Standard form of circle equation is (x - h )^2 + ( y - k )^2 = r ^2.

Substitute the values in equation.

( x - (-3))^2 + ( y - 1 )^2 = 5^2

Required circle equation is (x + 3)^2 + (y - 1 )^2 = 25.
