Use the Pythagorean Theorem to find the exact value of x for the right triangle below. The picture below is not drawn to scale.

u r not given figure.

I will take one example problem.

From the pythagorean theorem.

hyp^2 =Opp^2+side^2

AC^2 =AB^2+BC^2

(√20)² =x² + (√10)²

20 = x² +10

x²= 10

x =√10
