The rational expression is 2x/(2x²+3).

Differentiate with respect to x.

= (d/dx)[2x/(2x²+3)]

Apply quotient rule of derivative: (u/v)' = (vu' - uv') / v².

= [2(2x²+3) - 2x(4x)] / (2x²+3)².

= [4x² + 6 - 8x²] / (2x²+3)²

= (6 - 4x²) / (2x²+3)²
