The radical expression (√19 - √17)(√19 + √7)

= (√19)(√19) + (√19)(√7) - (√17)(√19)  - (√17)(√7)

{ Apply the radical property √a√b = √ab }

= √(19*19) + √(19*7) - √(17*19)  - √(17*7)

= √(192) + √(19*7) - √(17*19)  - √(17*7)

{ Apply the radical property √(a2) = a where a≥ 0 }

= 19 + √(133) - √(323) - √(119)

(√19 - √17)(√19 + √7) = 19 + √(133) - √(323) - √(119).
