Standard form equation is Ax + By = C, where A, B and C are integers A>=0.

Eliminate fractions by multiplying the equation by 6

6y = 4x - 30.

Subtract 6y from each side

0 = 4x - 6y - 30

add 30 to each side

4x - 6y  = 30

Standard form equation is 4x - 6y  = 30
