2x+y = -3

Subtract 2x from each side.

y = -2x-3

Slope intercept form is y =mx+b.

m = -2, b = -3.

Slope - intercept form line equation is y = mx + b where m is slope and b is y-intercept.

The line equation is 2x + y = -3

Move x variable to right hand side by subtract 2x from each side

y = -2x - 3

The slope intercept form line equation is y = -2x - 3
