Slope-intercept form line equation is y = mx + b, where m is slope and b is y-intercept.

Slope (m) = 3/4

Now, the line equation is y = (3/4)x + b.

Find the y - intercept by substituting the point in the line equation say (x, y) = (0, 35).

35 = (3/4)(0) + b

b = 35 - 0

b = 35.

The line equation in slope - intercept - form of a line is y = (3/4)x + 35.
