Line equation with intercept form is x/a + y/b = 1

a = 2, b = 3/5

x/2 + y/(3/5) = 1

x/2 + 5y/3 = 1

Subtract x/2 from each side.

5y/3 = -x/2 +1

Multiple to each side by 3/5.

y = (-3/10)x+3/5
