Slope interceot form is y = mx+b

slope = m, y intercept = b

2x-3y = 9

Subtract 2x from each side.

2x-3y-2x = 9-2x

-3y = 9-2x

Divide by negitive 3 to each side.

-3y/-3 = 9-2x/-3

y = 9/-3-2x/-3

y = -3+2x/3

y = (2/3)x-3
