Slope intercept form of a line y = mx +b.

Here m represents slope and b represents y  intercept.

Given line -6x +3y +18 = 0

add 6x  to each side.

3y +18 = 6x

Subtract 18 from each side.

3y  = 6x -18

Divide to each side by 3.

y = 2x -6.
