3x-2y = 9

Subtractt 3x from each side.

3x-3x+2y = 9-3x

-2y = -3x+9

Divide to each side by negitive 2.

-2y/-2 = (-3x+9)/-2

y = (3/2)x-9/2

Slope intercept form of given equation is y = (3/2)x-9/2

The slope - intercept - form of a line equation is y = mx + b, where m is slope, and b is y - intercept.
