Slope intercept form y = mx+b.

Given line 3x+4y = 20

subtract 3x from each side.

3x-3x+4y = -3x+20

4y = -3x+20

Divide to each side by 4.

4y/4 = (-3/4)x+20/4

y = (-3/4)x+5
