Formula : If c is a positive real number, then the graph of f(x – c) is the graph of y = f(x) shifted to the right c units.

The function

f(x)  =  2x + 2

Substitute x = x - 2 in f(x)

f (x - 2)  =  2(x - 2) + 2

g(x)  =  2x - 4 + 2

g(x)  =  2x - 2.

Answer :

g(x)  =  2x - 2.
