Let First Number  =  x

Then Second Number  =  x X (20/100)  =  x / 5

Given that the sum of two numbers is 144

x + x/5  =  144

(5x + x) / 5  =  144

(5x + x)  =  144 X 5

6x  =  720

x  =  720 / 6

x  =  120

First Number  =  120

Second Number  =  120 / 5  =  24

Answer :

First Number is 120

Second Number is 24.
