Given 0.16% of 16 dollars and  0. 6% of 6dollars

Take 0.16% of 16 dollars

0.16% of 16 dollars =  (0 . 16  / 100 ) * 16

Multiply and divide with 100

                                =  (  0. 16 * 100 / 100 * 100) * 16

                                =  (16 / 10000 )*16

                                = 16*16 / 10000

                                = 256 / 10000

 0.16% of 16 dollars   = 0.0256

Take 0.6 % of 6dollars

0. 6 % of 6dollars =  ( 0.6 / 100 )* 6

Multiply and divide with 10

                           = ( 0.6*10 / 100 * 10 ) *6

                           = 6*6 / 1000

                           = 36 / 1000

0.6 % of 6dollars = 0.036

Second one:

0.06% of 6 dollars

= 0.06% *  6              [of means multiply]

= 0.06/100 *  6          [Perecent = 1/100]

= 0.006 * 6

= 0.0036

Therefore 0.06% of 6 dollars = 0.0036 dollars.
