(x + 2)(9x2 - 1) = (x + 2)[ (3x)2 - 12 ]

= (x + 2)(3x + 1)(3x - 1).

Therefore, The factor form of  9x3 + 18x2 - x - 2 is (x + 2)(3x + 1)(3x - 1).
