= 3x2 + 3x - 36

Take out common term 3.

= 3[ x2 + x - 12 ]

Now solve the factor method.

= 3[x2 + 4x - 3x + 12]

= 3[x(x + 4) - 3(x + 4) ]

Take out common factors.

= 3[(x + 4)(x - 3)]

= 3(x + 4)(x - 3).
