1) Points say (x1,y1) = (3,5)

(x2,y2) = (6,8)

Distance between the points = √[(6-3)^2+(8-5)^2]

=√(9+9)

=√18

2)Say the points(x1,y1) = (4,-3)

(x2,y2) = (-1,0)

Distance between the points =√[(-1-4)^2+(0+3)^2]

= √(25+9)

= √34

3) Say the points (x1,y1) = (5,-4)

(x2,y2) = (-1,-2)

Distance between the points = √[(-1-5)^2+(-2+4)^2]

= √(36+4)

=√40

4) Say the points (x1,y1) = (-2,0)

(x2,y2) = (0,-4)

Distance between the points = √[(0+2)^2+(-4-0)^2]

= √(4+16)

= √20

5) Say the points (x1,y1) = (-3,-4)

(x2,y2) = (3,4)

Distance between the points = √[(3+3)^2+(4+4)^2]

= √(36+64)

= √100

= 10

6) Say the points (x1,y1) = (-2,1)

(x2,y2) = (1,2)

Distance between the points = √[(1+2)^2+(2-1)^2]

= √(9+1)

= √10

1) Midpoint of (3,5)(6,8) = [(3+6)/2, (5+8)/2]

= (9/2,13/2)

=(4.5,6.5)

2) Midpoint of (4,-3)(-1,0) = [(4-1)/2, (-3+0)/2]

= (3/2, -3/2)

= (1.5, -1.5)

3) Midpoint of (5,-4)(-1,-2)= [(5-1)/2, (-4-2)/2]

= (2,-3)

4)Midpoint of (-2,0)(0,-4) = [(-2+0)/2, (0-4)/2]

= (-1,-2)

5)Midpoint of (-3,-4)(3,4) = [(-3+3)/2, (-4+4)/2]

= (0,0)

6)Midpoint of (-2,1)(1,2) = [(-2+1)/2, (1+2)/2]

= (-1/2,3/2)

= (-0.5, 1.5)
