1) Midpoint of two points =(x1+x2/2, y1+y2/2)

(-2,5) = (x1,y1)

(3,-4) = (x2,y2)

=((-2+3)/2, (5+4)/2)

= (1/2, 9/2)

= (0.5, 4.5)

2 ) Distance between two points = √(x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2

Given points say(x1,y1) = (-4,-2)

(x2,y2) = (2,3)

= √(2+4)^2+(3+2)^2

= √(36+25)

= √61

1) Mid point between (-2, 5) (3, -4) = [(- 2 + 3)/2 , (5 - 4)/2 ] = (1/2, 1/2) = (0.5, 0.5)
