Line equation is y-y1 = m(x-x1)

Given m =1, (x1,y1) = (7,-3)

y-(-3) = 1(x-7)

y+3 = x-7

Subtract 3 from each side.

y+3-3 = x-7-3

y = x-10

Compare it slope intercept form equation y = mx+b

y intercept is -10.
