Height of the cylinder (h) is 7cm.

Radius(r) is 3.1cm.

We know that ∏ = 22/7.

Volume of the cylinder V = ∏r^2h

V = (22/7)*9.61*7

V = 211.42Cm^3

Volume of the cylinder is 211.42Cm^3.
