The trinomial is 12x^3 + 26x^2 + 12x.

= 2x (6x^2 + 13x + 6)

= 2x(6x^2 + 9x + 4x + 6)

= 2x[3x(2x + 3) + 2(2x + 3)]

= 2x(2x + 3)(3x + 2).

Factoring of 12x^3 + 26x^2 + 12x is 2x(2x + 3)(3x + 2).
