Given

- 9 y ^ 2 ( y  ^4 + 8 y ^3  - 3 y ^ 2 + 8 y + 7 )

Disbutive property :  a ( b + c ) = a b + a c.

- 9 y ^ 2 ( y  ^4 + 8 y ^3  - 3 y ^ 2 + 8 y + 7 ) =

= (- 9 y ^ 2 )  ( y  ^4 ) +  (- 9 y ^ 2  ) (8 y ^3 ) - ( - 9 y ^ 2 )   ( 3 y ^ 2 ) + ( - 9 y ^ 2 )  8 y + (- 9 y ^ 2 ) 7

Since  a ^m  *  a ^n  =  a ^(m+n).

= - 9 y ^( 2 +4 )   - 72 y ^( 2+3)  + 27 y ^(2+2) - 72 y ^ (2+3) - 63 y ^2

= - 9 y ^ 6 - 72y ^ 5  + 27y ^ 4 - 72y ^ 3 - 63 y ^2

The prodect  is  - 9 y ^ 6 - 72y ^ 5  + 27y ^ 4 - 72y ^ 3 - 63 y ^2.
